My students will be able to increase their physical movement throughout the day while optimizing thier learning time. The yoga balance balls will be the perfect fit at our small group table. Students will be able to not only balance their bodies, but balance their learning. Small group lessons can be intense, so getting a little movement while they learn will help my students make critical connections in their learning. Movement helps students make those connections from short term memory to long term memory. Long term memory is where learning will last and that is where we want daily knowledge to be stored.
