'Unique Students that Thirst for Learning' is the perfect description of my students. They are unique because my students are at an age (11-12 years old) when they are becoming independent with their actions but also with their thoughts. Their personalities are beginning to develop and they are just....unique. My school is located in a low-income southwest suburb of Chicago. The students at PHJH strive for excellence in academics. They have an excitement to learn or as I say to many- "My students thirst to learn as much as they can and love to learn new things!"
