I teach students with moderate to severe disabilities and autism. I have the opportunity this year to teach six amazing children. They are loud and busy but are able to do many different jobs around the school such as delivering mail, watering plants, delivering backpack blessings, etc. The administrators and teachers are very supportive and are always excited to see the students come around to make deliveries. The general education students are also very good with my class. It's fun to watch the general education students debate over who is going to push one of my students around in their wheelchair at recess or PE. We are all one!
