My students come from a little town in Louisiana. We do not receive very much funding, so technology in my room is lacking. Most of the students are receiving free and reduced lunch. I teach at an elementary school with 6th grade on the campus. My students are the leaders of the school. They have participated in several fund raisers for technology at our school, but we are still in need. I have a group of vibrant, intelligent, loving students. I wish I could provide them with all of their needs, but of course a teachers salary doesn't leave much wiggle room.
