A typical classroom can be so over whelming. There is so much material and references in a classroom to help the students. All of this necessary material is essential for successful students. With inclusion students, the over whelming presence of these materials and resources, can and does put added stress on them. There are many different resources designed to help alleviate these issues, many causing additional and unwanted distractions for the rest of the class. The comfort of the weighted lap pads is exactly what our children need. The soothing weight of these blankets allows the child to settle enough to concentrate without the distraction of a "fidget" object.

About my class
