Flexible seating allows me to meet the specific needs for all my learners. It motivates the children to learn, stay focused and decreases behavioral choices. The reason for this project is for me to help each and every one of my students learn the best that they can. Setting up a classroom that is inviting and welcoming to all students not only encourages them to come to school, but also increases their learning potential. They can now wiggle or wobble while working and he or she would not be disrupting the students next to him. Research has shown that when students are able to receive the proper resources they need for learning, their outcomes are significantly higher. Additionally, the physical movements of the body positively impacts academics. I cannot wait for my students to receive these materials and the outstanding effects it will have on their learning!
