Sometimes the only food that students eat throughout the day comes from the school, breakfast and lunch with a healthy snack throughout the day! By providing the children with additional snacks and water/gatorade it will fuel their bodies and allow them to participate to their full potential without having to worry about being hungry before practices and games! The last thing these kids should have to worry about is when and what will they eat next. Something as simple as a bag of pretzels or a granola bar before practice can give kids the energy to perform to their best ability!

About my class
