Today's learners have all different needs in the classroom and students are on the move now more than ever before! Research has shown that being too sedentary is not healthy for anyone. Flexible seating allows students the opportunity to choose their type of seat. It also provides students the opportunity to meet their specific needs whether they need to move a little or a lot. Wobble seats, yoga balls, and chair cushions are some of the examples that help meet some of these specific needs. These types of resources will allow students to focus and learn to their best potential!
