I am a primary teacher in a rural school district. Both the classroom, and the community around my school is amazing. There are so many people willing to give of their time and energy to support my students. However, the community is also varied with many of my students coming from low-income households and homelessness. It is my responsibility to provide a safe and welcoming environment for them to learn every day. My students should never have to worry about having everything they need at school, even though their lives outside of school can be unstable. Here's to helping a classroom full of sweet kids succeed in their education!
