I have an amazing group of Kindergarten students this year! They have been working very hard on everything we do. Our school has a very high ELL population, and there is a high level of poverty in our district as well. Therefore, some kids come to us with no school experience or English at all. This sometimes makes it difficult to have all of the supplies we need, give them the same opportunities as anywhere else, and meet everyone's needs. Especially with an ELL population that is so high, it is important to have opportunities to learn and read in different ways.

About my class
