I'm looping from 3rd to 4th grade with my class in the fall. My students are very eager to learn but we lack the resources and funds to make learning fun and engaging. My school is located in a high crime, high poverty area of NYC. Many of my students live or have lived in a shelter. Last Year our school was 10% at or above State Standards in Literacy.
