Our school has a very high poverty rate and a high population of English Language Learners. My resource room services grades 3 and 4. The students receive help for Reading, Writing, and Math. One third of my students are not fluent in English or their native language. My highest level readers are working a full year below grade level. I have some students who are reading 3 years below grade level.
