The current area for foods preparation has no place for students to enjoy their creations nor a proper place for demonstrations without infringing into the classroom side of the our learning area. These stools will help to rectify this problem and bring cohesion of subjects for my students. This would benefit all subject areas but more specifically our Culinary Arts pathway. Not to mention, this would bring a more professional feel that is so needed in our Culinary community within our space. Students, and myself, would have opportunities to collaborate without being in the kitchen work area, but still being our learning space.

About my class
