The iPads will give the students various digital opportunities. They will be able to take AR tests, practice skills through IREADY and read on topics we are learning about in school. The i-pads give my students access to unlimited resources from reading books to research, as well as learning games that support mathematics, science and social studies. The STEAM supplies will help inspire my children to: question like a scientist, design like a technologist, build like an engineer, create like an artist, deduce like a mathematician and play like a kid. The iPads and the STEAM resources will provide memorable learning opportunities! Our school's theme this year is STEAM. After school clubs and opportunities in the classroom will be STEAM related. We want our students to grow as learners year after year. First grade is the first step in creating masterful minds. Giving students early opportunities in their education will help pave the path and mold mind for years to come. With the STEAM resources I have the opportunity to grab their interests and make them excited life long learners.
