My students are preschool to 6th graders who receive special education services in an inner city school district. They are bright, fun, loving, and smart children that need extra help compared to their peers. They put forth great effort to be successful in the classroom but have difficulty with simple skills such as cutting, writing and buttoning. They often are diagnosed with autism and have difficulty paying attention in the classroom and often fall behind their peers. They enjoy learning but require extra resources because they learn differently.

About my class
