Most of my students are hands on learners. I have found that if they can create examples of what we are studying they do better on their assessments. A couple of them have even commented on how they would like to move into the fields of science and technology. Recently, I took 18 of my girls to the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day at John Deere where they were able to create and test their creations with girls from other schools.

About my class
