The students in my special education class are dealing with normal junior high issues along with their own emotional and behavior disorders. They lack appropriate social skills and correct anger management to deal successfully with the real world. They are very caught up in social media and tend to not interact appropriately with one another. A major component of our class is learning how to share and express feelings with one another. Getting them out of their seats and moving around, along with art as a way to express themselves, with help them physically, mentally, and socially.
