By having access to flexible seating such as wobble stools, balance balls, and wobble cushions, my students will feel more empowered by having some choice and control over their learning environment. This seating allows the students to wobble, rock, bounce, lean, and stand, which will increase the oxygen flow to the brain, allowing them to stay more alert and focused! My goal is to have a classroom environment that allows the students to effectively collaborate, communicate, and critically think about the curriculum. Flexible seating choices can be easily configured in the classroom which will support my students varied learning styles.
