My students are bright and full of life. However, when it is uncomfortable to remain seated in a broken chair for a long period of time, it makes it difficult for students to maintain focus. Put simply, students need an environment in which they can feel safe and comfortable before any learning is to occur. I strive to provide this environment for my students every one of the 180 days we are in school. A scientist must have space to be inquisitive, challenge the known, and expand their mind. My scientists deserve to have this space so that they can be challenged and driven to succeed in every aspect of life. The use of this quality seating will be the fundamental piece to a comfortable and inviting learning environment.
