I teach a first grade class of about 20-25 students from various ethnic and economic backgrounds in a rural school district. The majority of my students are enrolled in the free and reduced rate meal program. They come to me at different levels of readiness and experience. Our school is dedicated to giving the students the best learning experience possible in a rich, cultivating environment in order to make learning exciting and challenging.
