Most of the students at my school have never heard of a 3D printer. It would be great to see them engage with models which they have read about in a library book. This 3D printer will also be utilized when collaborating with teachers on science projects. Being able to make 3D models of things in which the students have read, learned, or thought about while in the library, will help mold and develop their minds and higher thinking skills. This technology tool would be something that my students would never have another opportunity to use, except at school.
