Our physical education class is full of high energy activities ranging from team games to individual fitness activities. We focus on learning the basic fundamental skills of moving your body, sport skills and lifetime fitness skills. My students also learn about what it means to live a healthy life by learning about nutrition and clean and healthy habits. Through Donorschoose.org I am hoping to increase our equipment and supplies to be able to create more opportunities for our students in the future for more creative activities and lessons.

About my class
