This kidney table will help me better reach my students during our small groups. Small group time is when I have a leveled group of kids (3-7 students) come and learn with me. We usually do this for reading and math. I am able to reach these kids on a much deeper level during this time because they are with other students that are at the same learning level as them and because they are able to get so much more of my attention during this time. We are at a small group setting for at least an hour each day. Without this table, there is a large distance between me and my students. I feel as if the table is almost a barrier, and I can't always help them to the best of ability. This kidney table will make such a big difference while teaching my students during our small group time.
