My students attend a public charter school where all receive Universal Breakfast and 91% receive Free Reduced Lunch. All of my students are eager learners and have college aspirations. While many of my students excel in math, about 62% of the population are English Language Learners and experience difficulty with reading. Reading levels range from first to third grade. Many want to succeed and get better at reading, but need a chance to experience many different kinds of books to get there!
