Hello! I am looking forward to making this an extra successful year for my students with your help. This is my 1st year supporting students with identified learning needs at the 3rd-4th grade level. I previously spent 15 years teaching middle school students (5th-6th grade). In the process of meeting my new students it was evident to me their increased need for movement during their school day. Our district does have a new UDL (Universal Design for Learning) focus which I feel will lend itself more naturally to providing kids with learning options. I want to support students, with your help, to meet their needs for movement. By providing students with a variety of seating options as well as a variety of fidgets my goal is to set these kids up for a year of greater success. Thanks for checking out this project!
