Reading is essential! This project will fund a library for my students to read during reading time. Children should be reading a minimum of 45 minutes a day and sometimes they are unable to read at home. By providing an easily accessible library in the classroom my students will be able to start their reading journies on the right track. I want to make sure that all of my students have access to age and level appropriate books in both Spanish and English. Here at Dual Language Academy we teach curriculum through both Spanish and English, with books in both languages we will be able to facilitate their bi-literacy . All students deserve to have the amount of materials, that they deserve, easily accessible to them. Help mine get their reading on by having the books at the tip of their fingertips, so that they can reach for the stars! Thank you!
