Providing students with diverse books that they can read at home during distance learning will enhance their ability to identify with characters and learn about resilience, acceptance, empathy and perseverance to help them accomplish what they set their mind to. When students return to the classroom setting, they will be able to enjoy a reading area with books neatly displayed and organized bins on the bookshelves, comfy chairs, a carpet and lamps. The book selection is intended for all reading levels. Some books with picture support to enhance the reading experience and some chapter books for independent readers.

About my class
