We have a lot of students who are economically challenged and come to school with an empty stomach. The students are hungry to learn, and would benefit from the nutritional snacks to keep them full, and focused on their school work. So the granola bars and fruit snacks will be a great benefit to my students. I am also asking for hand soap, hand sanitizer and tissue paper. As we approach fall and the weather changes, many students will become sick and these supplies will go a long way in my classroom and provide my students with a healthy learning environment.
