The students I teach are striving to become self-motivated and proactively healthy individuals, through the hard work and dedication they show while training in my course. I fear that because the floor surface of our current weight training facility is falling apart though, my students are being denied an ample opportunity for learning how to better themselves. Any form of olympic or power lift from the ground, cannot be performed in our weight room as the surface is unstable and unsafe for the required movement forces generated from the ground.
