Many of my students come to this middle school with little or no prior education. Helping students with their phonics in English helps them with decoding new words. Additionally, in middle school, students do not get much time for movement outside of PE (if that's even their special area class). Using these wobble stools will give students a chance to move and wiggle without being disruptive. These stools have a wide base, so the chair will not roll out from under them, like a yoga ball. Also, they can't be POPPED by a pencil on "accident." Please help me give my students an engaging classroom environment so they can be motivated to learn to read and learn English.
