My students are adorable children who are thirsty for knowledge. They are always excited to learn something new. All of my students are English language learners. Many of them come from low- income working families. The majority of them are not reading at grade level. My main goal is to have my students reading at grade level by the end of school year. Most of them don't have books to read at home. Providing them with books to read outside the classroom can help them improve in all academic areas.
