My student's are homeless and less fortunate. The item chosen is the most difficult to get when starting the new school year. In a materialistic world they already suffer going without many things. A cool drink of water should not be one of them. As days continue to get hotter and physical activity being encouraged. We try to find as much as we can. Due to circumstances they cannot control. These children continue to try. Showing up without the things we consider basic. We do our best to meet each child’s need by working one-on-one with each of them. Removing barrier's they face one case at a time. By gifting an item they can use throughout the year. Makes a big difference too them. Please help.
