I'm the Library Media Specialist at Denton Magnet School of Technology. We are a new magnet school in our area, and are still building our program. We currently offer an engineering class, coding, graphic arts, and digital video production. In addition to these classes I have a Makerspace area in the Media Center that boasts a green screen video recording area, circuit boards, one Sphero robot, and a K'Nex building area. Our students come from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds. They also travel from all over the district to attend our school once they meet the academic requirements. We have a truly diverse population.
