In Silicon Valley, my Health Science Academy serves a truly remarkable group of students. Some students are language learners, some are socioeconomically disadvantaged students, and others face unique hardships in their family lives. Despite these differences, my class shows up ready to learn every day! They are a very caring bunch and I would love for them to see that other people (some they don't even know) care about them, too! By bringing hands on materials to my classroom, I hope to inspire my students to think outside the box and strive for non-conventional solutions to common scenarios.

About my class
