I teach art at a public high school in New Mexico. My students are primarily low-income Native American students who live in a rural environment. Students have limited access to resources and opportunities outside those that the school provides. As with most places our school budget has been slashed. We need to re-stock our supplies in order to continue providing students with a quality art education. At our school, art is one of the few remaining electives. Our students thrive when they have an opportunity to express themselves creatively. Your support will will help maintain continuity and quality in our students education.
