The students in my classroom are amazing. I teach medically fragile students remotely and these are some of the hardest-working kiddos I have ever encountered. My students do not let the label of "disabled" affect how they feel about education. In fact, we spend our time focusing on what they can do instead of what they can't. My students have a growth mindset and know that it's okay not to get it right the first time. They know it's okay not to know. And, they also know it's not okay not to try. So we don't tolerate not trying in our classroom. We give it a try and if we're wrong or we fail...guess what...we try again!

About my class
