My students range from living in poverty to middle class children. The majority of these children are being exposed to reading for their first time. The importance of providing meaningful age appropriate texts for these children is crucial in helping them develop the appropriate reading skills to become an enthusiastic and fluent reader. This grant will help children become interested and excited about reading by having the access to enjoyable texts.

About my class
