As an English Language Arts teacher at a STEM school, it is my number one priority to keep my students challenged and engaged in literature. I am very excited about this new opportunity! This year, I am the only English Language Arts teacher for the middle school grades at the brand new Oakboro Choice STEM School in Stanly County. I need multiple novel sets for my varying grade levels. We will be taking a literary adventure throughout the school year and walking side by side with our characters. We will also be tying in our novel studies with STEM activities in the Maker Space and the STEM lab.
