Students can find ease and comfortability in practicing mindfulness and easing anxious thoughts and behaviors with apps on the iPad. During group and individual counseling we could listen to zen music as well. The iPad can serve as a hub of resources for my students of all ages! This resource would also make it easier for me to access student profiles on the go. I am mainly stationed on the 3rd floor but constantly travel to the other floors and meet with all students. When I meet with the students I could use this iPad for play therapy, research, bibliotherapy and so much MORE.
