Our wonderful school is in a high poverty area of Chicago. Some of my students are diverse learners. Most of my students are first generation Americans. They are polite, well mannered, hard working students who come from great families. Their parents push them to get the education that they never had. They come to school everyday and try their best, hoping for a better future.
