My students have a new found love and excitement for Physical Education. They are thrilled each week to learn new games and new ways to challenge their bodies and minds through movement. I love seeing the joy and excitement that comes through so many of them when they feel like competent movers. They are highly capable of taking their new love for physical fitness into their lives outside of school and become lifelong fitness enthusiasts. Giving them a technology base for their personal evaluation of their fitness growth is crucial towards their learning progression. Using physical fitness apps such as: Coach my Video and Coaches Eye allow for individualized student evaluation of their own physical movement and growth.
