This colorful rug will be very useful for my students. This rug will provide an interactive, fun, and cozy place for my students to be together. My students need opportunities to leave their seats and feel like they are at home. I want them to be able to stretch out and enjoy time together. My students also need a special area to preform and act. This rug can serve as a "stage" for my students. Being in an Art Infused school, I need an area in my classroom for my students to preform. A classroom needs to feel like a community. I work very hard to form a "family" within my classroom. My students love to leave their desks throughout the day to listen to the teacher read, hear a classmate share a memory, or just to relax with friends. They even enjoy watching their friends act out parts of our curriculum. This colorful, interactive rug will provide my students with a fun place to continue their friendships and learning.
