I am blessed with eighteen wonderful students. Each student brings to the table their own strengths and weakness. Together we can achieve more. We are a community in our classroom. Each and every one of my students are loved. My students are from a rural poverty area. The closest mall or museum is about 45 minutes one way. We are a Title I school. Our free and reduced lunch rates are normally about 96 percent. Most of my students do not leave the area very often. They also do not have much technology available to them. I strive to bring technology as well as experiences to the classroom that these students may not be able to experience otherwise. I also try to alter my teaching to meet their needs. By doing this my students should stay engaged and have huge leaps in learning.
