My Project My students need an opportunity to wiggle and move while seated at at their desks as they work. The stool will provide the comfort for longer students as well as mobility if needed! Quality seating that allows movement is so important as students work. Being able to wiggle, move, and activate core muscles while working will increase student engagement and attentiveness as well as physical health and well-being. Productivity will certainly increase as student's sensory needs are met. These stools will provide the students that need to move, the opportunity to get their energy out in a productive manner, while still focusing on their classwork. Our old, hard, mis-sized, and wobbly chairs are uncomfortable and not conducive to our students success at their desk. Active sitting and the resulting attentiveness, engagement, and sensory stimulation will help students feel valued, successful, and energized while they work at their desk! With your support, our students will have this new sense of accomplishment!
