With all the video games children have these days I'm doing my part as a teacher to work on childhood obesity. Students really enjoy using the exercise balls in class. Some of my students don't live in safe areas of town to go out and play after school. I work in an intercity school with not much outside play area. We rarely go outside to play and I want to teach the student how to exercise inside. This way they can get the whole family exercising together. We have students that live grandparents or other family members other than their mother or father. This can teach them to help keep their grandparents active. These students are in grades K-8. This is the time they need to learn about staying in shape. Help me help them with childhood obesity!
