My classroom lighting is fluorescent lights. These lights are very bright and at least one of them is always flickering. We are also in need of some different seating options for flexible seating. The flickering lights are distracting and bothersome to students. The requested light covers will help block the light. The light covers can help students focus and reduce glare and flickering on their work. The rugs, floor pillows, stability ball, and lap desks that I am requesting will widen our options for flexible seating. Not every student works best at a standard desk. Some like to stand, sit on the floor, or be in some kind of motion while learning. Students can have the option to use these items while working and participating in class.
