Technology has the ability to open students up to a whole new world of creativity, learning styles, content, and projects. More importantly, it teaches them about responsibility, self-monitoring, and collaboration. With the laptops I’ve requested, I could continue to merge the worlds of technology and paper books/materials by creating centers in my room. I could also utilize these laptops through remediating struggling students and enriching those who have already grasped the content. With this technology, I could teach the students skills that they can use in their life beyond school; ultimately, creating a better future for themselves and the world.

About my class
