My students are a group of energetic first graders! They LOVE to be read to, and they love reading. They are extremely talkative and enjoy discussing their lives, in relation to what we are doing in the classroom. My school is a Title I school located in Sherwood, Arkansas. It is very important to me that I build a sense of community in my classroom so that my children will always feel like they belong despite their different backgrounds and learning levels.
