My goal is to help student find ways to enjoy exercise that will help them be active but also release negative energy. Focusing on yoga, stretching, and breathing as a form of therapy can be a wonderful way for students to learn to incorporate a health routine for life. Students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds and have a lack of desire to focus on health. This project could help them to find ways to promote a healthy lifestyle that would be a life long benefit for them. Your help can make this project possible.
