Students receiving special education in the living skills classroom will create and maintain their own coffee & snack business on a daily basis. They will assist in creating a google doc form that markets to the school staff their choice of coffee and coffee flavoring. The "Coffee House" student Baristas will be responsible to read their coffee orders, make the coffee for each specified order and deliver it to the purchaser. Finances will also come into play as they bill each Friday in order to continue serving to current customers. The Baristas will also assist with inventory, deciding when to reorder more supplies/coffee items, and stocking their coffee cart. Purchases for the coffee will maintain the "Coffee House" to run on it's own funds. Any additional funds will go toward our "Giving Closet" where student's in need are provided with hygiene items, food and/or donated clothing.
